Anne Njuguna is a counselling Psychologist and a Life skills Trainer and Co-Author of the book Cannabis and the Youth. Education: BA Counseling psychology, Diploma Counseling Psychology, Life Skills Training and other short courses. My passion is to offer Psychological support and Mental wellness to the youths, individuals, couples, families and Organizations at large .I empower individuals and organizations through trainings, support groups, one on one therapy, Group Therapy and talks so as to promote positive life skills, coping mechanism, behavioral change, and resiliency to organizations, institutions and persons who struggle with mental health Illnesses/Disorders so as to achieve their optimum capabilities. I enjoy reading fictional books,travelling for fun,outdoor activities and volunteerism to give back to the community.I am open minded,Empathetic,outgoing and easily approachable. My Mantra is "Live one day at a time"

I am passionate about providing support to individuals and families through systemic approaches that offer holistic psycho-social care. My experience spans a range of areas including career counseling, trauma counseling and debriefing, sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) therapy, as well as HIV testing services (HTS) and adherence counseling. I am also committed to inclusive practice and have had the privilege of working closely with Deaf communities. I am fluent in Kenyan Sign Language, English, and Swahili, which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensure that communication is never a barrier to effective support.
