I am specializing in nutrition counseling and nutrition education for for individual in different life cycle stages as well as disease management with over 5 years of experience. I also work in an outpatient weight management center. I have been featured on, radio and diverse forums offering insight on divergent nutrition and health related issues. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Clinical Nutrition and internship from Kenyatta Referal hospital and thus have ammersed wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of nutrition.
